My background involves education research.  I started this blog to provide helpful information on apprenticeships and current updates within the industry.  This blog provides an opportunity for apprentices to express their views on their current experiences and to understand their learning development.  I am very passionate about mentoring and supporting others in the workplace and to ensure they succeed in future.
