Apprenticeships Yes Or No

The big questions are apprenticeships the way forward? What do you think is it better to consider full time college or university otherwise work full time for an employer? I believe to chose a career that is right for you there is no right or wrong how you succeed is what matters.
Apprenticeships has evolved over the years and has modernised as there was a decline in pursuing apprenticeships due to quality. The government has taken an approach to address these issues and since 2012 the requirements for employers to be involved 100% towards the apprentices learning. In 2013 the government launched the Trailblazers scheme that is employer led to ensure that apprentices acquired the skills needed that me the industry’s requirements.
Studies distinguish different types of novices as stoppers and movers those that will discontinue their work due their frustration of not solving the problem and those that will strive and persevere finding the answers to the problem.
Apprentices has benefited from the apprenticeship programme they have had the opportunities towards developing recognised industry experience and knowledge that will allow for them to pursue other opportunities in their career and higher education.
Feedback from an apprentices that they feel they have made the right decision especially for those that feel they are not academically minded that apprenticeships has prepared them for the working world.
