Training Providers

We have been reading lately regarding the position of training providers regarding delivery and performance including the recent news involving closures due to quality and not meeting the requirements. It is essential that all training providers meet the standards and most of all deliver the requirements that will engage employers and apprentices. Employers need to educate themselves further on delivery of apprenticeships and to ensure that the job roles are specific that will meet the frameworks.

Training providers as we read are known to meet the statistic requirements rather than focus on the quality of delivery which has contributed to their downfall. The government are promoting delivery through employers so that they can take responsibility and to understand the work that is involved in delivering apprenticeships.

To stay competitive training providers will need to ensure they are government approved and respond to the current climate to market their products and services.
